Philippine Airlines or PAL celebrates the Philippine Independence Day's 115th year! The national airline carrier has a P115 base fare seat sale for various domestic destinations nationwide. The selling period ends on the Independence Day on June 12th, with the travel period from November 2013 to January 15, 2014.
